The Metal Zip Chef Coat is a half-sleeve chef coat in timber green with a metal front zip, a shirt collar and a pocket on the left sleeve, made for cloud kitchens, cafรฉs, bakeries, QSR kitchens and modern restaurants that want a contemporary chef uniform.
The metal front zip replaces traditional buttons, so chefs can close or open the coat in one move and the front stays flat. A shirt collar gives it a modern, cafรฉ-style look rather than a classic band collar. The left sleeve pocket holds a pen, thermometer or marker where it is easy to reach and away from the cooking surface. Half sleeves keep arms cooler near hot ranges. The deep timber green stands out from standard white and black coats and builds a distinct kitchen identity. Pair it with black trousers and a green or black apron. Sizes XS to 3XL. What is a sample pack?
A fabric swatch kit with every quality we offer, or a single sample piece of a product. Samples are charged and the amount is adjusted against your bulk order invoice.
Is there a minimum order?
Bulk orders start at 30 pieces per design, and sizes can be mixed. You can order 1 sample piece first.
How does custom branding work?
Upload your logo while ordering, or send it later. We share a design for your approval before anything is printed.
Does logo printing cost extra?
We print your logo in full colour, and it is free: the printing is already included in the price of every piece.
How long does production take?
Up to 20 working days from order confirmation, including branding. Ready-stock styles dispatch in 6-7 business days. Large orders may need longer; we'll confirm a date before we start.
Is GST included in the price?
No. 5% GST is added at checkout and every order comes with a GST invoice.
Can I order more than 100 pieces of one design?
Yes. For 100+ pieces per design, ask for a factory quote and our team will work out fabric, colour and fit with you.
