The Removable Button Overlap Chef Coat is a white, full sleeve chef coat with a front overlap panel fastened by removable buttons, zebra pattern lining and a sleeve pocket. It suits hotel kitchens, restaurants and caterers who wash coats often and want buttons that come off before laundry.
The front overlap panel fastens with removable buttons, which you can take off before washing and refit after. This protects the buttons from hot laundry and lets you swap button colours for different roles or events. Zebra pattern lining adds a quiet accent when the panel moves. The sleeve pocket holds a pen or thermometer, and full sleeves give arm cover near the stove. The regular fit runs about 28 inches long in size M. Where is the zebra pattern?
Zebra pattern sits in the lining of the overlap panel, so it shows as a subtle accent when the panel moves. The outside of the coat stays white.

What is a sample pack?
A fabric swatch kit with every quality we offer, or a single sample piece of a product. Samples are charged and the amount is adjusted against your bulk order invoice.
Is there a minimum order?
Bulk orders start at 30 pieces per design, and sizes can be mixed. You can order 1 sample piece first.
How does custom branding work?
Upload your logo while ordering, or send it later. We share a design for your approval before anything is printed.
Does logo printing cost extra?
We print your logo in full colour, and it is free: the printing is already included in the price of every piece.
How long does production take?
Up to 20 working days from order confirmation, including branding. Ready-stock styles dispatch in 6-7 business days. Large orders may need longer; we'll confirm a date before we start.
Is GST included in the price?
No. 5% GST is added at checkout and every order comes with a GST invoice.
Can I order more than 100 pieces of one design?
Yes. For 100+ pieces per design, ask for a factory quote and our team will work out fabric, colour and fit with you.
